It is our goal to create a positive dental experience for children. We recommend parents bring their children in for their first appointment by the time they are one year old. This appointment is a great time for parents to discuss their questions and concerns and educate themselves about how to help take care of their little one’s oral health. This first appointment is typically all about fun and creating a positive association with the dental clinic. Expect a ride in the chair, showing some dental tools and maybe even some tooth brushing. It is important that children (and parents!) learn healthy oral hygiene routines as early as possible.
